Career in CA Firm

12 February 2011 Sir, I Passed CA Final in MAY-2010, and joined the CA Firm as an employee and
still continuing in this Firm.I have gained experience of Taxation , Audit , ROC but not enough experienct in Assesseement related matters , GVAT and I want to start my own practice after 1 year, Please state what are the Factors that should be considered for gaing more expertise and how or whether should I continue for more 2-3 years in same Firm..?

12 February 2011 Dear Jignesh ,
Besides having experience of assessment etc ,
one should also have great client handling techniques & ability to increase client base fastly. Rest things are secondary only.
I think that , if you have created a good client base than you can go further, otherwise you can wait for 2-3 years farther which will be more safe step.
