12 April 2008 First go through the institute's material. If u still feel more to learn after studying the material, u can go for other books

i am not satisfied by your ans. because i don,t think that study material is enough for numerical subject like income tax & others

13 April 2008 first go through studies, for Direct taxes refer notes of vinod Gupta, for indirect taxes Notes of Bangar, cost book by saxsena & Vashist,MIS study is enough, for accounting Study material, compiler and AS are sufficient.
