This is Pritam R. Jain. I am a qualified CA and CS. I want exposure in the field of Project Financing. I am searching for Organisations where I can get exposure in this field(within Mumbai). Please help me to get the names of these organisation.

11 May 2012 It means if you get to work in c.A firm upon project finance will that suffice. And what are your packg expectations, then everything could be worked out.

11 May 2012 a project financing structure involves a number of equity investors, known as sponsors, as well as a syndicate of banks or other lending institutions that provide loans to the operation. The loans are most commonly non-recourse loans, which are secured by the project assets and paid entirely from project cash flow, rather than from the general assets or creditworthiness of the project sponsors, a decision in part supported by financial modeling.[1] The financing is typically secured by all of the project assets, including the revenue-producing contracts. Project lenders are given a lien on all of these assets, and are able to assume control of a project if the project company has difficulties complying with the loan terms.

21 May 2012 Hi shreyans...
I am not looking out for money at early stage. I am giving priority to learning and not earning. As I started my own practice at this stage after sacrificing all high packaged jobs. Right now I am just concern to break even so that I can survive in this field. Therefore I am looking out for part time assignments where i can learn and earn to breakeven.
