Pls suggest me which course will be good while doing job whether CA or ICWA.
Suppose someone left after completing CA-inter/icwa-inter,will it be enough.

you must decide as per your suitability and situation in your life if you are working, in case if you intend to make a carreer in future in accounts, audit or tax then ca is recommended so first thing decide where u intrest lies.
