Capitalization of Borewell / Tubewell

Here my query is whether Borewell to be capitalized under Buildings or Land as Land development. Further whether can I capitalize drilling cost, PVC Pipes, Electrical Compressor and other accesories all put together as borewell.

Please specify this is factory building or residential building accordingly fact will be changed... in factory the bore well may help in production activity so separately can be identified while in building for residential project it will be part and partial of building but it will be depend on very thin line of fact

Yes, the mentioned borewell is inside factory premises. Not for residential purpose.

If it is for factory water for production use then will be grouped as Borewell Plant
