WE ARE PAYING RENT FOR ANY PROPERTY WITH AGREEMENT. IF WE MAKE ANY RENOVATION ON THAT PROPERTY AT VERY LARGE COST.THEN CAN WE CAPITALIZED THAT COST OF WORK IN BUILDING A/C.
