installation of CCTV's at the factory should be capitalised or not.? If yes then under which head and at what rate will it be depreciated? If the same has been installed at office premises then will it be capitalised? if yes then at what rate will it be depreciated.

They can be classified under the block of computers and they are generally used alongwith computer and many of them have IC's and even IP Adresses. So, they can be classified under the block of computers. Dep - 60% under Income Tax and 40% under Companies Act.
