I am preparing a Project Report and in that I have to capitalise the interest on term loan for 1 year. Under which head it will come?

You have to show in between operating profit before interest and operating profit after interest as expense in operating statement.

So shall we take into account the amount of capitalised interest in calculating the DSCR?

Yes you have to calculate interest amount by interest rate for DSCR and other operating and financial parameters.
