how to understand capital market and securities law easily please tell me how to read that subject

You need to make a concerted effort to go through the chapters given in the study material thoroughly. For any technical analysis of a particular term you can search on google and understand the concept. You have to spare little more extra time on this subject till you feel comfortable. Best of luck.
