1 - can you suggest me if long term capital loss, arising on sale of equity share at stock exchange, can be carried forward or not
2- Whether these loss can be adjusted aginst gain on sale of share which is not traded on Stock Exchange.

Since LTC gain is exempt loss cannot be carried forward or be set off against other long term capital gains.

If you are able to sell such share outside the exchange , without paying stt , you will be able to set off the Long term capital loss from share LTG
