what is the limit for capital a sole proerietor can invest in business (cash)?

NO limit specified in act but should have proper justification for investment in cash. AO may impose section 68 in case of non justifiable source of cash.

Actually my main concern is Debt Equity ratio.. sec loan amt to 1.90 cr & CC account rs 30,00,000/- my capital is only 60,00,000/- so the concern is the bank want a good debt equity ratio
