died person deposited amount in CGDS account for capital gain exemption u/s 54 before died.

who will file the return.

and his wife or son withdraw from CGDS account for investment.

now what will seen.

When it is mandatory to file a Return Of Income for a Non Company /Non Firm Assessee?

Whether his Total Income exceed the maximum permissible amount which is not chargeable to tax OR his Gross Total Income Exceed the maximum permissible amount which is not chargeable to Tax????

21 July 2012 When Bank received a Demand draft, they will send it to the branch for payment. But the Branch (payable at)has not rceived any advice from their bank where DD has been submitted to make the payment. The Branch is required to make payment only after receipt of advice.
