Sir,
Capital gains involved if an agricultural land being sold in the same year as agricultural land
In the other case if during the purchase being an agricultural land and subsequently converted to industrial land and the capital gain involved if sold with in the same year or else after 18 months

as per sec 2(14)agricultural land does not come in the definition of c.assest so no c.g
