A PVT LTD CO HAS PURCHASED MIDC LAND IN ITS OWN NAME 5 YEARS AGO NOW THEY WANT TO SELL IT CAN A PVT LTD CO AVAIL OF COST INDEXATION FOR CALCULATION OF CAPITAL GAINS. KINDLY REPLY

Yes Pvt. company can avail cost of indexation as the asset is long term asset.
