LTCG by virtue of Section 194LA whether taxable or exempt from Income Tax

194LA is section f0r deduction for TDS not for exemption of tax.
you have to file the return and pay balance tax if come exceeds TDs amount. or if tax liability is lower than TDS then you can get Refund from deptt.
