I Mr. Sanjay transfer my own shares to my HUF a/c .Will this transaction attract capital gain tax or not.
second at which value it will transfer from own demat to HUf demat. as i yet not transfer the shares to HUF . i want to know the tax impact

if sold at a profit it will attract capital gains tax.
It should be at the market value of the share in case of listed securities.
