For the purposes of claiming exemption of short or long term capital gain under section 54B and 54F of I.T. Act, the Assesse has to invested either the entire sale consideration in specified Assets or to be deposited in Specified Capital gain Account to be opened with Banks within specified Period as per capital Gain Account Scheme prior to due date of filing of Income tax return.
Now query is which banks are specified for availing the said capital gain account scheme.please reply immediately.
