07 August 2020 IF A UNLISTED PUBLIC COMPANY CONVERTS INTO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY THEN WILL BE IMPLICATION OF CAPITAL GAIN ON THE ASSET ( LAND AND BUILDING HELD BY THE COMPANY. COMPANY IS CLAIMING DEPRECIATION ON BUILDING .PLEASE GUIDE .THANKS
