I HAVE PURCHASED A LAND AND PLOTTED INTO 2 PARTS AND SOLD BOTH THE PLOT WITH HALF UNCONTRUCTION ON IT. WHEHTER THE INCOME ARISE IS IN THE NATURE OF CAPITAL GAIN OR BUSNINESS INCOME?
