18 December 2010 I Pur eq share of unlisted co.( tarapur textile park ltd) on dated ,12.1.07 rs. 10.80 lac and again pur on dated, 15.2.08 rs. 3lac and again pur. On dated 14/8/09 is rs. 2 lac . And sale all of this share on dated 28.4.10 with rs. 25.80 lac. Let me know how much cap gain levied on these share.

19 December 2010 Padam Ji, You have not mentioned the number of shares purchased which is relevant for calculation of capital gain.

In your case, there will be long term capital gain (subject to indexation) on shares purchased on 12.01.2007 and 15.02.2008.
And short term capital gain on shares purchased on 14.08.2009.
