Manufacturer letsay A sold goods to a person who is not registered letsay B and B sell to C direcy through E1 from A means A send goods directly to C. Can c take cenvat credit.

Cenvat credit will be available to C. At the time of issuing taxable invoice name and address of B is shown as a buyer and name and address of the C is shown as a consignee.

if buyer is B then no cenvat is available to c due to seller (b) is not registered.
