Recruitment depends upon your marks,knowledge of the subjects ,not only the bookish knowledge but also you have to be analytical .Further presentation and communication also matters.If you get rank in CA exams,it acts as an added advantage for some firms and companies.While appearing for interview,have some grip on current financial issues,current RBI policies.
