Cancelled gst that can make activation

13 January 2018 Sir, I have TIN previously but after it is converted in to GST and allowed gst no, later due to non filing of returns, my gst has cancelled
What should I do?
Should I apply for new?
Or is there any process to get re activation of GST if yes? Pleas let me know the process
