Hello !
my client has dissolved the partnership firm and we need to cancel the PAN allotted to the firm.
Also the Original PAN is lost / misplaced hence what is the procedure to cancel the PAN & what documents shall be submitted ?

Dear,
I had the same problem. when i ask for the same to NSDL,they replied that if u have two PAN no then only cancellation of one PAN possible otherwise simply inform Income Tax Department through letter about dissolution of firm and surrender of PAN.
