You have pay and file the return as on date . then you can discuss respective juristiction

You need to file the cancellation form GST Reg-16 online. Your premises would be inspected by the Department officer, and after satisfactory inspection and no dues pending the cancellation would be approved. Intimation of cancellation would be served online.
