Sir I posted my articleship registration letter on 21 February 2017 now i want to cancel Articleship registration and I want to join in another firm suggest me sir

You need to visit your Decentralized Office and find out whether they will annul the form submitted by you and whether they permit you to re-submit new set of form along with an application to cancel the form already submitted.
