Cancellation application pending for more than 13 months

05 October 2019 Hi experts,

One of my client's cancellation application is pending for more than an year. I have visited the department several times but i hear lame excuses all the time. Is there a way to escalate the issue to higher authorities?

05 October 2019 Final Solution will be provided by your Jurisdiction Officer. You can raise your concern with GST Helpdesk and take that reply to your Jurisdiction officer.

05 October 2019 I have already tried all possible methods, still i'm not able to get the registration cancelled. I have even made an official complaint to the government (currently pending with CBIC)
