What is cancellable lease,
Rental agreement between two parties for 3 years for fixed period wether it was come under the non-cancellable lease or cancellable lease

3 years fixed means non cancellable.
If there is a caluse for cancellation with 2 months or so ..notice without compensating for future losses, then it is called as cancellable lease.
