We are importing a machine on EPCG licence and for export obligation can we sale the products manufactured by machine in domestic market to a DTA Unit. Please suggest us..

09 November 2018 No. Capital Goods imported under EPCG Scheme are subject actual user condition. They must be utilized exclusively for export production until export obligation stipulated is completed and redemption of export obligation is obtained from RA.
