14 July 2014 we will paying doctors honarium pm 9000
can we dedcut the TDS from their fees.
Doctor devoting their hours as one social work to our NGO for Medical Camp Purpose

14 July 2014 yes , you have to deduct tds as the fee to doctors u/s 194 j, if the amount exceeds rs 30000/-. but if the doctors is in employmnet with NGO, then section 192 will apply
