Dear Sir/ Madam,
we have filled Aoc- 4 . But some i have saw some mistake after the filled.
We can revised or cancel Aoc-4 or not. Please suggest.

The director can do an affidavit by accepting your fault and submit it to ROC. Also you can mention to do the rectification and to make the old one as Defective. Then after taking permission from ROC you can file fresh form within the time.
