Cut(a) order awaited till today.
Can stay petition be filed with ao now?
Diff between total income assessed n returned is more than 3 times..hence stay if was filed i could have got it till appeal was disposed off.
My view unfortunately 220(6) only says within 30 days of demand notice..so i can't right?
