Can the same person prepare accounts and conduct audit as well of the co-operative society ?

27 April 2014 Not only for society but for any other entity a CA cannot prepare accounts for which he is an auditor, as per our professional ethics. However for a small entity this is not a practical approach. But sadly the guidelines are similar for all entities. Bothra_piyush@yahoo.com
