My Query is
Mr A is Indian origin who works in Kuwait, He earns 2,00,000 Indian Rupees in Kuwait,that means (600 Kuwait Dinar)He Comes Yearly once to India, Ca He file Income Tax Return by showing income earned in Kuwait,
And according to my knowledge his income is completely exempted from Tax, He wants to Buy a Car In India, So He is seeking loan from Bank, And Bank Manager is asking for IT Return of the same person. please provide me a Provision applicable

In fact in India only the income earned in India is to be returned. Since he is earning income outside India then no need to file any return in India
