Can LLP enter into a contract after incorporation (i.e. FiLLiP approval) but before filing Form 3?

Yes, LLP can legally enter into contracts after incorporation (post-FiLLiP approval) but before filing Form 3, as it is a separate legal entity with contractual capacity from the date of incorporation.
