I have received RSU form a foreign Company in 4 Installments during the year . Can I show them in single entry in schedule FA or I have to show them separately ??

Thankx Sir. Just want to know what will be the Initial value. I did not have any holding on 1st January 2023. It was vest on 15th April. Will it be 0 or the Value as on 15th April.
