CAN I incorporate Section 8 company by usine SPICe Form??
is it necessary to file INC-12 form for incorporation of section 8 company before filling of SPICe??

Yes, Section 8 can be incorporated by using SPICe Form since the form has the option.
Yes Form INC 12 is required to be filed for Application for Grant of License under Section 8.
But would like to update you regarding RUN Services for approval of name.

Yes one can file INC12 without DIN because PAN option is also available in form but it is advisable to apply for DIN

Sir...BUT FORM DIR-3 is used for allotement of director before appointment of in an existing compny..i would like to incorporate new company.....please suggest which form i used for obtaining DIN no???
