i got C grade aggregate in b.com and 67% in Sem-6, can i go for CA? What is a criteria of direct entry system in CA?

There will be more than 55% marks in B.Com to get direct entry scheme.

but i have doubt here because as per ICAI guidelines there is
student
who is Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce
having secured in aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks
or its equivalent grade in the
examination conducted by any recognized University.
I got 67% in sem-6, And C grade as aggregate.
So the confusion is can i take admission ???
