15 March 2013 Pls Gide Me that I have filed my ITR-4 for Ay-08-09 for respective year & than I have not filed my ITR-4 (My income is not taxable)but now I want to file my ITR-4, Can I File It?

15 March 2013 Now you can file only A.Y 2011-12 & A.Y 2012-13 returns. I.e A.y 2009-10 & 2010-11 you can file now because of due date prescribed for such A.Y returns to file returns is expired.
