Can i continue ca course?

I cleared PCC (1st Group) in May 2009 and completed 3 1/2 years articleship on 16.09.2010.After that I appeared for Group II three times but couldnt clear. Thereafter due to some personal issues I discontinued the course. Now I want to continue the course. Please guide me to continue the course.

If I would convert to IPCC should I have to complete nine months training again? Please note that I have already completed 3 1/2 years articleship.
