23 August 2008 Can Farm House is being purchase by the non farmer for only reisdential purpose. there is no purpose of cultivate of any kind of crop. pliz guide me.
or any other alternate solution since i donot want to become farmer any how.

thanks for your reply in respect of my question related to Farm House. I would clerify further that my question is who can buy farm house ? whetehr for that purpose one need to be a farmer or not? in short i want to purchase fram house for only residential puropose only and only.and do not want to be a farmer.
