Dear Shamim,
No need to get the DIN separately when you have DPIN. the MCA has recently made a circular related to the integrated of DIN & DPIN vide General Circular No: 44/2011 dt.08.07.2011. you may get the link through "https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Circular_44-2011_08july2011.pdf" for further clarification
