15 July 2021 Can a Company Secretary of a Company be simultaneously employed as an employee (not as Company Secretary) of another Company. None of the two company is a subsidiary of the other.

20 July 2021 No, It is not at all allowed. Because, Company Secretary is Whole Time Employee of Company. If a person is Whole time employee in one Company. he cant get appointment in another Company.

06 August 2021 A Whole time employee cant be appoint as whole time employee in another company. Basic principle of Law.
