A Company Secretary can potentially be employed by another company in a non-secretarial role, provided both companies have no objections. However, there's a counter-argument that a 'whole-time' employee cannot simultaneously hold a full-time position elsewhere due to basic legal principles. The permissibility hinges on company policy and interpretation of employment law regarding full-time roles.
