23 September 2020 Under the companies Act 2013, can a chairman and Managing Director be a same person for a Unlisted Public company whose paid up capital is more than 10 cr. ? Please suggest.



23 September 2020 Private company does not falls under the purview of section 203, hence it can have MD and chairman to be the same person.
