Can cas advertise?

13 December 2012 the guidelines no.1-CA(7)/coucil guidelines/01/2008 of 14 may 2008 allows us to advertise stating our details in newspapers or any magazine.

I wonder why no ca advertises say in a simple newspaper ?

the CA Act bans it but council has allowed it vide notificate of 14/5/2008.

please help,

13 December 2012 Advertising by Ca is not allowable under the CA Act and council can not override provisions of the Act.

read carefully the said guideline u might have misinterpreted. Or provide the guideline here let me read it..
