i am a newly qualified ca.
if i apply for COP, can I continue with my pvt ltd.co. in real estate business?
If not, is there a way out , say if I convert pvt.ltd to llp or something like that?

Generally once you clear your degree of CA you cannot do any business. So you have to resign from he said business which you were carrying.
If the business is of the family then you can continue but for that you have to take permission from ICAI. You will not be able to participate in day to day business of the company or LLP or partnership firm.
ICAI gives permission only if it is in the norms as fixed by the ICAI. You can apply by sending the documents.
