Can CA in full time job become LIC agent.

28 January 2009 There are restrictions for the practicing Chartered Accountant that he should not do any business.

There is no such restrictions for persons in employment.

However,in future if you want to switchover to practice from job at that time either you should relinquish your agencyship or get special permission from institute.
