Sir,
Goan Panchayat gives contact to build roads,school, toilet, houses for development .The material purchase for this construction ,can i avail ITC for the same.

If the service you are providing is exempt then itc on inputs used for that supply of service will not be eligible...

its contract given gaon panchayat which is approve by zilla parishad and fund is released by state govt how do i come to know whether exempted or not. at completion gst is been charge from gaon panchayat.
