22 February 2013 due to ignorance and unaware of incentive available to exporters for export.

Since 01/10/2011 we had goods exported on free shipping.

We started DBK in this month.

Can we avail DBK on free shipping?

22 February 2013 yes in the light of custom circular No.36 DTD 23.09.2010.

You should DICTATE A letter in exported custom house for Conversion of free shipping bills to export promotion scheme shipping bills and conversion of shipping bills from one scheme to another.

Documents require:
1. request letter
2.EP COPY OF SHIPPING BILL AS WELL AS INVOICE, PACKING LIST, BL/AWB(FIRC) BRC

it means we can avail DBK between 01/10/11 to 30/11/2012 if we submit application letter alongwith EP copy, Inv., Pkg. List, BRC etc. to customs next month?

22 February 2013 within 3 month of LEO DATE can exporter submit application in the O/O COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOM.
