10 September 2008 Can a XYZ Pvt Ltd open a proprietorship firm XYZ ? XYZ wants to operate as farm house and earn income. However the farm land is in the name of XYZ Pvt Ltd.

Can the farm income be deposited in the newly opened bank account in the name of XYZ ?
